1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using Sequence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service scope
Sequence automates invoice reminder emails based on rules you configure. You are responsible for reminder content and ensuring your recipients are legitimate business contacts.
3. Gmail integration
Gmail integration is optional. When connected, Sequence sends reminders from your Gmail account using thegmail.sendscope.
- You confirm you are authorized to use the Gmail account you connect.
- You understand sent reminders appear in your Gmail Sent folder.
- You remain responsible for all reminder content.

4. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. Account sharing is not permitted.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sequence to:
- Send unsolicited spam
- Harass or threaten individuals
- Violate applicable laws
- Reverse engineer or exploit the service
- Resell or sublicense access
6. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time, and access continues through the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds. Pricing may change with advance notice.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sequence is not liable for losses resulting from outages or third-party failures.
8. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your invoice and client data. Our handling of your data is described in thePrivacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Sequence is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed payments.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
